POOR customer service !!!! We book an appointment a month ealier and the doctor doesnt show up and they re schedule again and doesnt call !??!? Beeen calling back and forth still now doctor not calling. Poor service

Do not go to this clinic under any circumstances. They don't care about you. They will never answer your call. It is also the workplace of a so called Doctor" Andre Nguyen. He is impolite

Terrible! PRAKASH PATEL, this so-called doctor was the most disrespectful, rude, impatient person i have ever encountered at a clinic. I have a video to prove this. After waiting 3 hours and almost fainting because of my vertigo he was extremely mean! I will NEVER come back here again! He has already been reported thats for sure! He does not belong in this profession. I feel sorry for all his future patients as he might fail them. I had better help from the pharmacist

Don't bother trying if you're a new patient. They won't accept you until sometime after July ends, even if it's for an ultrasound or pap smear with a PCOS sufferer.

Info sante referred me to this walk in clinic so I call the clinic and talked to the receptionist who is so RUDE! I called to ask if I need to get an appointment and she told me hold on" and never get back to me for 20MINUTES. So I called her back and she knows that it was me that she put on hold. She raised her voice and told me "what do you need?" and i replied "i called because I need to see a doctor

Terrible customer service. My parent's prescription was running low and the pharmacist had faxed the request twice. We live in Laval and my father had to go down to the clinic to ask if they received the fax, to which they were like 'oh yeah, we got it...' and then left it for the doctor. Few months ago, we had called to get an appointment over the phone few times and left few voicemails. We got a call months later. They never pick up calls and do not always return calls. This is just frustrating.

2023FE20...Still they have rude and unprofessional secretaries working. They are keeping on hold for hours and while asking there name they don't provide and said we are several secretaries working.I don't understand why they are hesitating to give there name if they are working in proper manner..IF ANYONE FROM QUEBEC HEALTH AUTHORITY IS READING MY REVIEW THAN I AM REQUESTING TO TAKE ACTION ON THESE EMPLOYEES...the customer service is very bad. most of the time not able to connect for long time and as you connect after long time, secretary always put on hold and have to wait for few to more minutes. In this pandamedic it became worst. There is a lady doctor there I don't know what she is doing there but there is no follow up and proper communication between secretaries and doctor. I have to called several times to get my prescription by e-mail and get it almost after three weeks to month later. And in addition doctor forgot to put proper test in blood test so have to re-do it to have another special test completed. I think this clinic need to be monitor for calls and how many patients they are looking and based on this they need to get pay. Seriously health department has no follow up with clinics.Hello Sebastian, Thank you for reply I appreciated. It is not possible to come at your clinic personally..If you really wants to serve the people than try to send prescription or blood test requisitions by email to the customer from last three weeks written by doctor Tarano. It will be clinics responsibility to send docs by email on time that's being said need very good and strong communication between Doctor Tarano and receptionists..As I dint received it by email yet.. I am still waiting for my blood test requisition..I just wants to know that how to file a complain against this clinic and get them good lessons. Never get anyone on phone always getting on message, very frustrated services..Thank you
