I bought a couch in April and didn't get it delivered until mid-July. I had to deal with so many problems with customer service, no tracking number, no replacement furniture option. Worst service to buy furnitures, even Wayfair has better tracking and service than that.

Here our story, we were home and the driver person #073902 current terminal 739 delivered my neighbor package to their unit and Left mine unattended in the lobby of a building of +100 people. After a couple of years of bad management, the store is worst than ever. They brought back the old Zeller's chain to try and attract us. Well, I confirm that the new Zeller's is not better than the old one.Really sad to see the oldest store chain in Canada go down like this. Hope they get back on track one day.

I do not normally like Hudson's Bay, but the wife dragged me there. I was able to find two merino wool sweaters on sale for an unbelievable price. For that reason alone, I have to leave five stars. The sale prices are amazing!

They have great products and ideas of decorating. The problem is that is too big and you have to walk around. No one came to offer any help.

The Laurier store closed while it was the only grand surface store still open there! Talk about mismanagement! Wonder how long this one will last.Since the pandemic you stopped carrying certain items which I regularly bought. If you think I'm going to make a special trip to your last store, forget it. Also, while this isn't your fault, the quality of products made by CK and Tommy Hillfiger took a dive. More and more I have to turn to Amazon to get a good choice of quality socks and underwear! If your goal is to look like a Hart store, well you're well underway. Not that I have anything against them. I just like getting the quality I expect to get by purchasing these pricey items...
