LAUNDRY AFFAIR

The attendant lady shouted on me for slamming the dryer door. I had done to close the door little stronger. But not slamming. Too bad. I will not going back.

I was skeptical at first giving my Canada Goose for a dry wash here. They did an excellent job. Removed the stains from the hand area!! Recommend this place for Canada Goose wash. Will return! The excellent customer service was a bonus. Thanks!Updates: Returned for the second time to wash 2 Canada Goose parkas. Fabulous dry cleaning as always!! Thank you :)

Just dropped my kid off at school and had laundry in my van to do and saw this facility at the plaza. Guy at front did not allow me to check out the washers saying there are clients here. Couldn't even tell me if an ikea size bag of clothes would fit in the lowest priced washer. He compared my clothes to his. Don't understand his idea of it so I asked if it's a double loader. Simple question right? He still did not answer the question. Again he compared my clothes to his. I don't get why people are like that. Allow potential clients to check the place out. I felt like he just didn't want me there. It was a weird experience. I felt I was being discriminated. Too bad. I enjoy doing laundry at places that support local businesses in the community.

Loveeee the service, the place is very clean. The owners Dough and Judy are the nicest people you can meet. They make sure that you don't make any mistake and ruin your clothes. They always keep an eye on the machine when you decide to go out to grab a coffee or something. I would give more than 5 stars if only google let me. Haha. Dough and Judy are too nice and that can be a problem sometimes coz they will charge you less. :P

My granddaughter and I walked only 10 feet inHe said masks "I said are you kidding? He saysSign on the door !!!All the machines were emptyHe told us the place was at capacity to leaveMy granddaughter is black!! You think he has an issue ?"

I just walked in to do some towels and was shown the door. The man behind the counter barked at me that I needed a reservation. The place was empty.

Decent place to do laundry. Friendly owners. I go because I live in a condo and I have a microfiber comforter that is too small to wash in small ensuite machine.

Laundry Affair is such a great place to get your laundry done and the dry cleaning service is spectacular too.Judy and Doug are amazing and kind people.They go above and beyond to make your laundry experience superb.It is a very clean and most important safe place to do your laundry in peace at any time of the day when they are open.Rating is only out of 5 but I give them a 100/100.You got laundry, get it done at laundry Affair!You will not regret it!

I went into this laundromat a few minutes ago around 8am on Sunday. My local laundromat is out of service due to a fire so I'm trying to find a nice, clean alternative. I was greeted by a very rude man who told me I couldn't use the facilities because I didn't have a reservation. He didn't explain how to make a reservation. He just barked at me to get out. I can't believe how rude he was. I just wanted to wash some towels.

This place is a complete joke ! Walked in right now and the owner? (Fat old white man with his belly hanging out) Asks can I help you? Yes I’m coming to do laundry… he did u need a mask I’m like ok do you have one? I’m the Covid rules have been long over! He says NOPE have a good day. Is he always like that or is it racism? I seen the bad reviews but I tried to give it a chance.. don’t waste ur time
