***!!!WORST COMPANY EVER!!!*** This business has VERY inconsiderate and disrespectful employees that enter private property ILLEGALLY and destruct yards, plants, etc. without consulting the property owner!! AVOID!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

DO NOT USE ROOSIEN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HOSED AND SUED!!Contacted Roosien to survey 1 side of my property and put a stake every 100'. They had surveyed it within the last 6 months for the seller. After setting the survey up via email for May 6th 2020, and receiving the survey drawing via email 1 week later, I waited and waited for an invoice. Finally, 7 months later on 12/14/2020 I received an invoice via email. A miscommunication with my wife left the invoice unpaid, but we never received any notification until June of 2021, when I was being notified I was being sued. Roosien had my email, and my phone number, but made only 1 attempt to send an invoice or attempt to collect unpaid balance. Furthermore, I was told it would be about $450 to survey the line, but the invoice was for over $725. Maybe it wouldn't have been so much if the surveyors didn't stand around and talk, or keep running hundreds of yards back to their trucks because their batteries were dead, or they forgot equipment, etc. How hard is it to Mark a 1,100' property line that they had previously marked the corners within the past 6 months. They really needed to locate the corners that still had their post/cap setting in the ground? Now because this company's irresponsibility of contacting me about an invoice, they want over $900.Well Roosien, you can K.M.A. I'll see ya in court.

I employed Roosein and Associates to do a 10 Acre Survey at my home. They handled it with professionalism and promptness; to include a minor issue with the neighbor. I'd highly recommend them, their team was great. Thanks again!

After helping their workers locate orginal property corners and markers . Their worker decided to make his own estimates saying how he did not locate 2 of the 3 property corners so he installed new markers. They are surely incorrect now I will have to hire professionals to dispute his its around their claim.

This place has the best licensed Surveyors I've ever worked with!

Called to get an estimate. Waited 2 days just for them to call me back and say they are too busy for me. When you get too busy let them know so they don't keep people waiting.

Working with the person behind the emails was super great and she answered all questions I had with setting up the appointment. Once the date came around to get survey done, Kevin and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable about determining the property lines and helped to uncover a little bit more property than we thought we had with our neighbors to the north. Overall it was worth the money to have this service done before getting our underground sprinkling done. Highly recommend, other places were quoting two to three times as much for the service we were provided.

GREAT COMPANY. If you want a survey you can rely on, use Roosien. They are there to help and answer any and all questions. The information is helpful and always accurate! I can not say enough about this Company.
