Good quality clothing at a reasonable price for the whole family. I like the style of the clothing and I always find something I like. This location is clean and the staff I met were friendly and courteous plus helpful. I end up spending a while in the store so I find the background music fun to listen too. They always seem to have a good sale so it pays to go fairly often. I like Old Navy and will continue to come to the to various stores that are close by, this location, West Edmonton Mall and Sherwood Park

Beautiful store. We were able to find a lot of comfortable clothes. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. For any quality clothes, Old Navy is my first choice.

Big store, very clean. Staff are friendly. They have a whole bunch of flip flops and sandals. Prices are under 5 dollars (for ladies at least), so... Why go anywhere else?

When I go here, I usually find what I need. Most the time the items are on sale! What's amazing is how how they are so organized and so kind if you need something to help you right away. They have all sorts of things they're like, claw clips, shirts, hats, shoes, and much more!Thank you Old Navy!

At old Navy you get a good product for good prices. Is always friendly and just waiting to help you out. When the staff isn't helping people that are busy folding and keeping the place all nice and tidy. sometimes a line can get a little bit busy but it goes really quickly when they have enough cashiers. we always spend too much money here because it's always a decent product whenever we come. Good stuff for men and women, lots of stuff in the clearance section. If you want to keep your kids entertained you the staff will give you papers and you can sit at the picnic table and colour.

Great store, always amazing collections, quality of fabric has always been better at Old Navy campared to some other big stores. They also have dedicated area for merchandise on sale. But the only issue I understand from the perspective of a buyer on a budget is that they have to rely on end of season for a product to get on a discount offer.

Be sure you check prices on your own as clothes are placed in the wrong spot and they DO NOT price match or follow their own policy if it is not in the right spot" even if it is mid pile. Poor management skills. Very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only good service was the actual cashier"
