Canadian Tire

I purchased mulch here to surround my new raised garden bed. Having this raised bed that I worked so hard on was a bit of a dream come true. Once I put the mulch down I quickly noticed an infestation of crickets in the mulch. Like, literally hundreds of crickets…I’ve never seen anything like it. It has moved into the wooden raised bed and I’m worried that the garden will be wrecked. I have to remove the mulch, probably treat with an insecticide and hope that my hundreds of dollars and plants aren’t killed and that the crickets don’t stay in the wood.I went to Canadian tire and they will do absolutely nothing about it, even with the receipt. They said that they have no way of knowing whether the crickets were from their product despite that being the only new thing introduced to my garden and invasive crickets appearing soon after.So disappointed!

Talk about incredible customer service. When I walked in, I was pointed in the right direction from the Manager Jay, he even radioed a staff member to ensure she was there to help me find the product. The Supervisor Emily provided superior service. She knew about all the different products and helped ensure I was able to find everything that I needed. 5 STAR customer service. Thank you!

Store is very clean, organized, and well displayed. Store is not cluttered and has plenty of space to walk around. Also like how they have several cart areas around the store. Whoever runs this location is doing a great job. Night and day difference to other locations I've visited.

Sorry to Say , I am very much disappointed what you guys said when selling tires .As I purchased tires in November with promise to change Winter tires to summer tires for free, but now it's said that I have to pay $50" as changeover .Very bad.. I will never go to buy tire stuff again. It's much better to purchase tires from your Car show room."

This was the only store in Winnipeg that had the post hole auger I was looking for. The store was very busy. All the staff were busy helping the customers. I found the item easily with the Canadian Tire App. I didn’t use the self serve area. The cashier was friendly. It was a pleasant experience.

The staff members are a credit to the company, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.The Christmas addition items are nice but expensive and do some damage to the wallet.

The fact that Canadian Tire is dog friendly has many times influenced my decision to go there for various purchases rather than somewhere else that would not allow me to bring my dog in with me. Staff is helpful and not overbearing.

COME FOR SOLUTION AND GET PROBLEMS FREE!!!Had worst experience ever. Visited their for tire change, mechanic messed with fog lights . Upon talking with CSR ( he described mechanic told if I am having Bad day ? How someone else can I have good one !!! )Non professional and uneducated people . Do not deal with them !!! Stay safe guys, do not get loot out.

I was having vehicle problems and Diana made sure I was seen right away and I did not have to wait. She was professional, happy and soo easy to deal with. She made a stressful situation not so bad. She called me when she said she would and she went in full details of the issues of my vehicle. She called me back when my vehicle was ready. She is outstanding!!!!! This service was done May 9,2023. I highly recommend this service department!!!
