So sad to see the low reviews, many from people who admittedly never even used their services! Been coming here for all my ultrasounds through multiple pregnancies since 2018. Always been the same staff. I now live in Courtice and still drive here just because I love my experience so much. The front desk sometimes is busy and waiting is required….but not sure there’s anywhere that waiting ISN'T required! I never mind because my ultrasound tech is always so kind and patient with me. Highly recommend this location.

I haven’t been here but was going to until I read all of the awful reviews. It sounds like this place has issues with an awful receptionist, among other workers, and I’m shocked that management hasn’t done anything about it yet.

The receptionist is so bad, she is rude and not professional. I have an appointment today when i came she said she can not do for me because her co-op worker was sick, but they didnt let me know and call me or anything. I took my day off at worked and took uber to come with no results no sorry, no anythingNever come back, so rude.If any one woulk like to come i recommend to go other places.So worst

Yes, the waiting area is small and I delt with the waiting in the car situation as well doing the pandemic restrictions and I know busy the place is, but I still feel that the staff do the best they can to help everybody and be as friendly as possible. They have a tough job and appreciated the way I was treated by the entire staff, including the receptionist.

I have used this location multiple times over the last six years. They have always been friendly and efficient. That's really all I'm looking for in an x-ray and ultrasound service.

My 4 yr old grandson needed an X-ray, he was terrified. They would only allow my daughter to go in the X-ray room with him. I was suppose to give him moral support. Further, the waiting room is tiny. They asked me to wait outside because other patients came in. Prepare to wait in the car if you bring a loved one here.

If I could give Zero stars then I would based on a visit on May 23, 2023. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Let's start off with the woman at the desk, I would not call her a Receptionist because she's unprofessional, rude, abrupt with no manners. She needs training in dealing with patients. She is not a compassionate person at all. She appears to have a chip on her shoulder. She's lacking the skills to communicate effectively.

Pleasant & professional from start to finish.Umar's bedside manner was impeccable.Sujata was friendly and booked me an appointment for the next day.A nice change during these trying times with the health care system.Highly recommend this location.

Been here before and the wait time was long . Today I had an appointment for my 19 week scan and I arrived 10 mins late(tried calling them in advance to inform, nobody picked up). Even though there were ppl before me still waiting the staff were really rude to me, I kept apologizing. The technician was really angry and said won’t allow my husband to look at our baby because I was late and I was wasting her time. Better places out there who would handle the situation professionally especially if a pregnant lady is apologizing and requesting politely. Stay away from this mess..

Receptionist was very rude and the staff were speaking in their own language.. extremely unprofessional and I felt disrespected. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
