Great place for grooming. Our Chow Chow loves going here and never has any problems with the staff. Everything is reasonably priced and the employees take care of the dogs very well. They offer additional services as well like ear cleaning and nail trimming. They even gave her a cute little bow today and she smells great. I would highly recommend Poochies Paradise if you need to get your pup groomed or taken care of.

After 8 years of grooming my dog, Millie has decided to stop grooming him and cowardly did this via email. Her reasoning is not enough staff to handle him. One of her best staff members has left. He is an anxious dog so yes not the easiest, but who does this to a dog who has been there for 8 years? Would be interested to know if she has done this to others. What an unprofessional way to run a business and maintain a credible reputation!Wow, what a response! Abuse towards staff is quite a public accusation. Your staff member who left was wonderful. You groomed my dog for eight years so calling him aggressive now on a public forum is also quite interesting when your email indicated you are reducing your larger dog clientele.

Shoutout to Millie and team for doing an amazing job on Kai’s first experience in grooming. Really satisfied with the result!

They did an excellent job with our standard poodle. Because of how quick they were (around 2 hours) it didn’t seem to stress him out being at a groomers. The price was reasonable for the service that provided.

Poochies has always done such a great job grooming my bichon Bailey! We’ve been going since 2020 and are only stopping now because we are moving to Ottawa. They are easy to book with, reasonable pricing, friendly staff and Bailey always comes home looking great.

I've been coming here for about 3 years. My dog only needs nail trimming and gland expressions and we're always in and out within 5 minutes. Millie is very accommodating to my time preferences and no matter who is helping us, they always finish the job in less than 5 minutes regardless of how many dogs are there when we arrive. Easy, quick, and efficient.

Millie is the best. You can tell she really cares about the animals. Always great service.

My Westiepoo doesn't normally like having her nails cut, but Millie was patient and caring, and also very knowledgeable about her dogs. It was our first time here, and our girl Zoe came home with a clean, stylish cut that was beyond my expectations! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Poochies Paradise Spa!
