What a lovely environment to heal. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jenni treated my vertigo in just 2 sessions! And Michael was equally as good in treating my shoulder.

I don't have a bad thing to say about this clinic. From front desk staff to physiotherapists, they are all wonderful. I saw Michael before my total knee replacement for strengthening and for 3 months after relpacement. Although some days I cursed Michael for pushing me, I believe my post op was successful because of him!! Thank you all!!

I have been working with Michael Mounir for the past year for two different sports related injuries. He is an excellent physio and has helped me rapidly recover from two different muscle tears. Highly recommend him and the team at InFocus!

I have been going here for only a short while but I must say I am extremely happy with Michael. He is helping me with a back injury and so far I am seeing results. He takes the extra time to put care into his work. He creates an atmosphere where his patients feel like they can heal.

I have been going to In Focus for over 6 years now and have had nothing but the best experience. Micheal has always gave me a plan and we accomplish it every-time and always feeling 110% leaving at the end of treatment. I have gone for concussions and muscle therapy and have always came out with the best results. It is a great environment to be around and it great to know what it is that I am getting done and Micheal always explains it all and how it will benefit my treatment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for physio.

Came to InFocus for additional Physio after total knee replacement. Mike was great at assessing my rehab status and recommending additional exercises to help strengthen my knee/leg muscles. He’s very encouraging and his services were effective.

I was involved in a car accident a few months ago and could barely move. My back and shoulder were in really bad shape. After a few months of twice weekly treatment with Michael, I'm once again able to carry on with my regular activities.Everyone at InFocus has been amazing! The receptionists always greet you with a smile. They were incredibly helpful with sorting out my piles of insurance paperwork. Coming from out of the province, it was quite a challenge figuring out treatment with my vehicle and work insurance. The team was always on top of it and really made the process simple and painless. Everyone went above and beyond and truly helped me get back on my feet.They were always very accommodating if I had to make fairly last minute changes to my appointments. If something came up, they were able to fit me in with another physiotherapist when mine was unavailable.Thank you to Michael and the whole team at InFocus, you all really helped me navigate one of the most difficult times in my life. I am super happy with my entire experience and would highly recommend them to anyone else involved in a vehicle accident and needs help with recovery.

Can't say enough nice things about the people that work at this clinic! Came to see Michael for a shoulder injury and was able to help me out! I was struggling to get some relief from other physiotherapist in town but within a couple of weeks I was back to normal and returned to playing hockey!
