Kristin is amazing! Through the planning process to executing things on the wedding day and keeping us on time, I can’t imagine my wedding day without her! She was able to take so much off my plate, like making a timeline and emailing vendors, and ensured that everything on the day of went smoothly! We had several planning meetings and she attended my final venue walkthrough so I felt super comfortable leaving it in her hands! For someone who is in the event/program planning business and who is type A, it was so comforting and nice to take a step back and let someone else take the reigns on making sure things went as planned! Kristin and Shelby did such a wonderful job, I can’t thank them enough!

Kristin did an amazing job as our day of coordinator! Throughout the entire process she was professional, organized, and very personable. She made it so easy to get her all of the information needed during the planning process and helped us feel much more organized as well. I couldn't be more thankful for having her there on our wedding day. She made the day run so smoothly and I did not have to stress about a single thing because I knew Kristin would take care of it. Kristin met with us through virtual visits periodically leading up to the big day and ensured that we were in order. Having been in the wedding industry for 11 years prior to being a bride myself I knew a critical piece of bringing my vision to life would be the person executing everything the day of the wedding. I met Kristin a few years back at a networking event, and having loved her energy and calm demeanor, kept her in my back pocket for when it was finally time for my own wedding. I didn’t need FULL planning services, so Kristin’s approach of jumping into the conversation 3 months out from the wedding (through virtual visits), and then taking over the reins the month of the wedding is exactly what I was looking for. She was so responsive, understood the timeline and everything that needed to get done, and her spreadsheets were very helpful. Not only was she there the day of the wedding, but she brings an assistant so that she can be with the bride and groom, while the assistant made sure all of the setup goes according to plans. I am AMAZED at how calm I was the day of the wedding, and how little my groom and I had to worry about. Our wedding was literally perfect, and we have been getting so many positive comments on the flow of everything, and we could have not done it without The Minny Planner!
