Our server didn't speak good English, which is fine. But she didn't listen to our requests we asked, or didn't understand. It took a VERY long time for our food to come out and for our drinks. Server and hostesses were nice though. It was myself, my son, and his father. Adults got one entree and one queso dip. Our son got a kids hot dog. We adults got a small margarita and our bill was over $70 which is kind of a lot. But I'm not from the area so I don't know if that's normal.

This place is a hit or miss. The only time we ever went in person, we spent at least twenty minutes waiting to be greeted by someone, and I guess our expectations were too high, because it never happened!! So we left with the intention to never return. Nevertheless we wanted to try their food and we gave them another try, but this time via UberEats. We noticed that depending on the time of the day, the food was better or worse, until one day it was just ridiculously nasty, between hard and stale, and we called it, and that was the last time we ever ordered from them.For any type of business in order to succeed, besides the obvious having excellent customer service, the second very important factor is Consistency. If a business lacks consistency and it's a yo-yo business, that's how their figures are going to look as well, yo-yo figures!!** Restaurants must keep in mind that the virtual/invisible customers have as much power if not more power than the ones on location. Don't think that because you don't see us we don't matter and throw whatever you feel like it in the carry-out containers. We have voices, even louder than your visiting patrons!! Because with any visiting patron if any issues arise during their visit to your restaurant, you can easily take care of them, which prevents escalation to the ears of Corp offices. But your invisible/virtual customers, we are going to use another approach, and because we are not in front of your face to appease us, any phone calls to Corporation are literally escalated. So if you underestimate your virtual/invisible customers, think again!!

Been trying to find a good Mexican place in Rapid and finally tried Puerto Vallarta. It was DELICIOUS. The drinks were great, and the food had tons of flavor and the portions were big. I would go back any day. Thank you!

Excellent all the way around. Great service, and the food was simply fantastic! I had the Barbacoa tacos, and my son had the Mojorra Fritas. The salsa with chips was of excellent flavor as well. Just go.

Large sized platters and a great drink selection. The fajitas were really tasty and enchiladas were a good size for being made from corn tortillas. Tried the spicy pineapple margarita and would order it again!

Right next to the hotel we were staying at so decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did. Amazing food(huge portions), delicious drinks, great atmosphere and our waiter was fantastic! Highly recommend

The food here was horrible, I imagine the good food reviews are a result of the massive cheap drinks or are from people who haven't had Mexican food before. It was extremely bland. I got $17 veggie fajitas and it was unseasoned beans, unseasoned stew vegetables that don't even go with Mexican food, store-bought tortillas, and non-vegetarian rice when I had asked for the cilantro steamed rice.They weren't super busy but the place was really dirty. I pulled out a chair at the table we were taken to and there was a literal pile of beans and rice on the seat. The hostess totally ignored that and walked away. There was trodden on food all over the floor. The bathroom smelled like they had a major plumbing problem.We asked for water and tea refills several times and were done with the meal by the time we got them. The waiter was nice but we barely saw him.My mom got a margarita though and it was huge and relatively cheap for having a drink at a restaurant (she also said it was really good), so make sure you have a few of those before trying the food haha.

Not good, seemed like everything that should of been hot was cold/room temp and everything that should of been cold was warm.. including alcoholic drinks. Hard dry rice & chicken. My enchiladas were slimy & very oily.Queso came out lukewarm.. just avoid.

Fantastic meal. We had fajita burrito and chicken tosada. The salsa bar is amazing. Be warned that all salsas are very hot! Ana is the best server, and everyone is very nice and eager to serve. Highly recommend.
