Great place for senior men aged +55. Who are faceing displacement or homelessness. 3 meals a day. Shared rooming accommodations. Life skills workshops and programing.

This is place that has seen better days. The pungent smell of rot and deteriating building as well as poor upkeep. Bed Bugs and no one cares because it will be knocked down the coming year. The food is moderate and hot when it should be. Overall make it temporary unless you already lost your mind.

Definitely needs upkeep in the interior, administrative staff are very professional but front line staff not so much .
