The five stars I’m giving is to recognize the efforts and professionalism of one individual at this tool rental location. His name is BENOIT. He turned my recent terrible frustrating experience 180 degrees after another representative rented the only machine I have reserved to another client just an hour before my arrival where I had everything arranged for the day, I had to spend half my day running around to try finding a machine to do the job but no luck. After coming back to Home Depot I met Benoit who was very helpful, he called the previous customer who rented the machine and made an arrangement with him so I could have the machine the next morning. Thank Benoit.
