Fido (Available in the Rogers Store)

While Fido had Black Friday deals in 2021, I had to visit this specific Fido location (level 1 at Fairview mall) to take advantage of a special deal on AirPods and I received such an amazing service by the store manager Bryan. There were some complications with my account and until Bryan could not figure out why the deals weren't working on my account, he didn't rest. At last, he figured out why I was not eligible to Fido's Black Friday deals, he made an interesting offer specifically for my account considering that I had been a loyal customer to Fido for almost a decade. Unable to make a decision on spot, I needed some time to think and I ended up accepting the deal offered by the manager. The assistant manager Sean was also involved and he made the entire process very smooth, hassle-free and easy for me. Then two months later, complications regarding the billing happened with my account. I had to visit this Fido location again and Bryan solved my issues in a couple of minutes. I always left satisfied after each of my visits.The staff that I met at this location is extremely kind, professional and willing to help. They are very good listeners and will not push you to accept silly offers (even if that's what Fido offers at the time you visit). The staff actually tries to get you the best and convenient deals based on your needs. The staff is happy to assist and you can see it in their genuine smile.For those in need of assistance or have questions regarding their Fido account, I definitely recommend this location of Fido because they offer A+ service!
