Brooke has deeply helped me grow me in the most delicate way. My vision and my mindset shifted , I regained control of my perception and felt reenergized. Her finesse , her emotional intelligence , her sharp listening and capacity to read between the lines and soflty (but fiercely) dig in , her compassion and her positive energy make her coaching extremely powerful and transformational .On top of that , she is a delight to work with ! Working with Brooke has really been a boon for me on multiple levels. She provides healthy challenge to my assumptions and self-concepts that have not been serving me in my life and helps provide a foundation from which I can excel. She is always ready with new ideas, emotional insights, and bright optimism. She's also extremely kind and empathetic, available and understanding, and overall just a great person. Brooke is an absolutely wonderful coach, I have so many good things to say about her. Since our first virtual encounter, she was incredibly present, fully engaged, and always met me where I was energetically. Her ability to connect something we had talked about in previous sessions to the issue we are discussing in the present is amazing, and so helpful. Since I started working with her, I have learned so much about myself, and have been letting go of limiting beliefs that had been living with me since forever. I would highly recommend her!

I had long held reservations about personal coaches but within my first hour of meeting Brooke, she turned those assumptions on their head. She is exceptional at what she does and has an incredible talent for keeping clients engaged, reflective and on a path of progress.
