Have phoned three times and been promised a call back now for 4 business days with no response. Insurance now overdue but can't renew without talking to an agent...very disappointing customer service.Hope to update with more positive experience.Got a call from an agent and everything settled later on day 4. Also a response to this review with an apology. Everyone hopes my next experience will be better.

Well lets see. We are busy and if you want a letter of insurability of a property that we hold the policy on already you should call someone else. "Well isn't that nice! Your so busy you don't need to sell another home insurance policy to a homeowner that has owned three homes over the last 30 years with no claims. Thanks Chantelle we will call someone else. Tom"
