Walmart Supercentre

Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy assistant removed my benefits and overcharged me, and then I still had to wait another 40 minutes to get their mistake corrected. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Vita (the pharmacy employee) was slow and did not listen to me as I explained my coverage and that my receipt looked incorrect, she just shrugged her shoulders and did not care.

This is the Worst Walmart I have ever been in The counters are always out of stock The Staff If you can find them Not on they're phones or chatting to other staff are rude & have no idea where anything is They don't hang price signs in grocery & they have removed the price check machines so customersCannot check prices

5 stars for the incredibly efficient and awesome cashier, Magda. She’s a fantastic lady.3 stars barely, for the store. Suddenly we are now packing our own groceries, and the produce section can be pretty terrible. If groceries were not so expensive, I’d be shopping fully elsewhere, not just picking up a few items.

Right now there is a huge selection of clearance toys for anyone wanting to get a jump on Christmas shopping! This Walmart location also offers online grocery pick up with lots of clearly marked designated parking stalls for online customers only.

I love how they have over 10 self checkouts on each end, but keep less then 5 open at any given time on both sides...However today I seen the attendant open a closed till for an elderly gentleman getting frustrated about the long lines. So, now knowing they CAN open more checkouts but they CHOOSE to keep them closed is absolutely ridiculous! Why not open all the self-checkouts and stop the long lineups?

Love the new renovation this Walmart is currently going through it's much larger and more organized. The checkout lanes are better and overall the place seems so much larger in the same shell. Products are sufficient and stocked well for on sale items. Staff are welcoming to ask questions and located products for you if not tell you the aisle it's in. Been coming here for years and can't wait to see the finished product with the renovations. This review was done in Aug 2018.Update: tried their 4 meat pizza by Great Value it's amazing

Walmart deserves a shoutout for the selection of internationals foods. From Filipino to Jamaican, this section is amazing. Specially in red deer. Also they have great sales

We have been to this store a fair amount of times without review. I was hoping to give a couple more stars but each time I came in there was also something that wasn't right.Telling a customer to go down the wrong isle for something their looking for instead of walking them there, answer a customer's question by stating Walmart has never carried that item isn't a way to provide info.Cutting off a person who is visually impaired and saying I need in here..... WOW.Blocking isles with stocking carts and there is no access to the product the customer would like.And a group of staff having a chat when two seperate customers who have questions are waiting. The topic of their conversation was the stuff they had to put up with.Putting this all down makes me feel like I'm being generous with the two stars.

So many products unavailable. Horrible self check out and never any cashiers available. Overall just a stressful experience. I don't feel valued as a customer. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on
