Package was apparently too large to ship from Staples. I'm not sure where that is stated in the website -must be hidden deep!

Really disappointed with them. A very important package was not only delayed but the driver couldn't even bother to notify me that they were here with my package that I just waited around all morning to receive. Now I have to go all the way up to the depot just to get my package. Totally unacceptable service.On a good note, when I called, I was able to make arrangements to pick up my package because I absolutely do not trust the driver to bring it
