12 bucks from 6am to 6pm on the weekends. this was the best price I could find in the area for my day trip to the island.

Absolute trash parking. $12 from 6-6 on weekends sounds great until it takes you an hour to get back to your car since their is absolutely no signs on how to get back inside the parking garage. Every door was locked, walked around the building completely. Turns out you have to buzz a certain set of locked doors then wait until security lets you in.No signs whatsoever of how to get back in, security does not explain it either then they talk down to you for not knowing how this building works.So much for 24/7 parking.Cost me an extra $12 since it took extra time to get in...Definitely do not recommend.

Convenient but pricy. Attended the elevation concert for 2 hours and had to pay a flat rate of $40. I’ll recommend the price be reconsidered for guests.

To be honest, the place is convenient, but please pay attention that if you enter slightly before 6pm, its going to charge you max for the day plus max for the night. If there are other options, please check the parking surrounded. We asked someone before we enter, there is one max you need to pay. But it ends up paying both day and night max.
