I reached out to FNC Heating and Cooling as I had an issue with my furnace .I was pleased to hearthat a technician would be able come over within the hour of my phone call. The tech was an individual named Fabian and right from the beginning I knew the entire experience was going to be a good one . He was professional , very polite, efficient, honest ,respectful, even put those little booties on as he entered my home, he diagnosed my issue within 10 minutes or so and called me back with a quote to replace the part.
