Was in Clouds this morning and was really impressed. They had the items I wanted and all at a great price. Conner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions.They have a huge selection of devices and tons of different juices. Conner was genuinely appreciative for the business and that makes the customer feel good about their purchases.I would definitely recommend Clouds to everyone but I would definitely recommend going to the YVR location because of the above and beyond service I have personally recieved.

They had the replacement part that I wanted, something which was mostly unavailable in other stores. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

The best vape shop! Selection of e-juice is alright, but the house juices are AMAZING, prices are fantastic, and devices are the best you'll ever find. The customer service is the best you'll find in any city and makes a really chill atmosphere that you'll want to stay and hang out in for hours. Whenever I'm in the area, I swing by and see the guys, blow some clouds, pick up some Sunshine, and end up chatting an hour or so away with the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful dudes that work in the industry. If you ever have an issue with your device or juice or a question about vaping in general, pop on in and these guys know it all and are happy to share knowledge and break down the stigma (didn't we all used to call vapes d**che-canoes" at one point when they first hit the market

Best vape store I've ever been to! Conner and Angelo are both awesome and I've received fantastic customer service from them every time I go there. They're extremely knowledgeable about the products and the store is stocked with all kinds of cool products and flavours I can't find anywhere else. The store itself is very cool and clean but has a great kind of coziness you wouldn't expect. Seems like a cool place to hang out and has quickly become my regular shop. I'm just really impressed with Clouds and so glad I found it. Thanks so much guys! :)

Super kind staff, great prices and wonderful layout. The gentleman that helped me was great and was extremely friendly! He went out of his way to speak to me and have a conversation even after I purchased. It’s clear they hold themselves to a great standard of customer service! I really enjoy the atmosphere of the shop and it’s a HUGE plus there was a dog! Definitely will be coming back here again!
