Experience is always very high. Staff is always nice and products are only good. I come here every time we stop through. We got a 4 pack of these cans of Diet Coke and they were all expired. Opened 2 because the first one was bad and the second one was worse. Checked expiration on box and it was NOV18 2019. Don’t have time to go back but thought I’d let you know :)

Tried to use my rewards for a pizza staff is not very intelligent not only did the person ignore every word I said telling me I could only save a dollar. When I was asking to use my reward points for a pizza lol which was loaded on my app kinda straight forward if you ask me. Tried explaining what I wanted three times ended up walking out cause the cashier walked away lol why have points if you can't redeem them. Won't be coming back here that's forsure.....

Bathroom was beyond nasty and when I called to ensure that this was a gas station as well (google maps shows esso as a different place and closed for when I was passing through) I was met with a rude and snarky woman. I wouldn’t have stopped if I had a choice of another location.

I love 7 11sBut please, get it together... Bought 2 hotdogs apparently not the ones advertised 2 for $5.00 tho. Few condiments available, and bagged upside down so what I did have for condiments ended up on the box.

Cashier was rude and unpleasant. She needs to practise politely addressing a customer in English! Should be explaining the covid restriction in well mannered voice not shouting in filipino!!

The clerk asked me to pay for my drink/snacks at the interac machine on the side of the counter. When I looked at the machine it said gas purchases only. But, I paid. The clerk looked at the reciept crumpled it and threw it in the trash. She then asked me to pay again on the main interac. When I got home and looked at my bank account she put through 2 charges. My purchase of 11.93, then an added 3.99 charge.

love dis place. never had any problems. i would recomend it to anyone. i used to work there when it was just an esso and it has improved alot. making coffee after timmies closes would be my only critique. ive never seen a 711 with no coffee b4. miss the lil dry marshmallows.
