Bureau en Gros is one of the best staples stores I have ever been to. They have a great selection of office supplies and furniture, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for office supplies or furniture.

DO NOT GO PRINT THERE. They need serious improvements to their systemvand procedures and better customer service. I rarely write reviews unless I have very terrible experience, VERY TERRIBLE. I am ready to give my 5$ printing card to anyone but I don't want anyone to live the loss of time I had.1) You might wait until 1h (waiting time to go the the cashier + waiting time to print with 2 printers and one that you pay 30c per minute2) Cashiers need to have a customer service coaching, they can give wrong info (they said my card was refundable but was not) + they are rude. One time I went they were 3 speaking and when I said if I can be helped one of them said : why?"3) Receiving the code on my phone took 15 minutes the first time

Apparently you cant walk around without a sales representative anymore. Security guard harasses everyone. Whoever isn’t with a sales representative gets the “manager policy” speech from the security guard. Honestly keep your dignity and go to BestBuy. Wonder why staples is losing customers over the years.If you go in and don’t buy anything, the security guard will make you feel uncomfortable if not searches you.Same security guard chased after an old lady (75+) made her open her bag and searched it in public in a food court table. She had nothing... everyone at the food court felt awkward and felt bad for the old lady that could barely even finish the sentence and this guy was pushing

Unfortunately, the worst shopping experience in Montreal so far!!! I am always careful with checking the prices and services tariffs before embarking on shopping. As I did not find any sign indicating the location and tariffs of scan services, I asked the teller about scanning cost and she answered $0.18 per page for B&W scan plus $3 in total for service. I asked whether I could do it myself as I had a memory stick, but she said those printer machines in the corner were just for copy and print not scan. So I asked her to do it. But after 5 minutes when the scanning completed and I waited to finish conversation of an experienced employee with the same teller, I was asked to pay over $ 1 per page ( in total over $28)!!! when I asked why so much?! and if I had known such high service charges before hand, I would have not started shopping, she answered that their employee ( the teller) was new. I did not hear a word of sorry or apology, and when talked to the manger, he said that their bill was alright and as if it was not their fault but mine. But it is not a fair and right deal; not to inform costumer of the correct price and charges beforehand and just charge what ever you want.!!! They did not respect my rights as a costumer to know about correct service charges and price before shopping and the deal was not right!!!

Don't go on the weekend to the print section, they have less staff and things move slowly.At least the place is clean and the overworked staff are friendly.Printing prices have notably increased but due to Dollarama raising their prices buying paper here is actually the better deal.

They provided me with excellent service. The supervisor went above and beyond to help me out with a project. Something they absolutely did not have to do.

I dropped a package for pick-up , it took them one week to give it to the carrier. Best to avoid this store for courrier drop-off.

I've dealt with Staples a few times for printing material. The quality of the print has never been an issue. But their customer service is absolutely horrendous.You have to fill a form on their website to have no one ever writing back to you. Then if you call to get some information as to where your order is, you're being told that they have to put in a demand or some sort and that someone will call you back in a couple of business days.What customer service, in 2022, requires you to wait several days to just talk to someone? Why can't I just get a tracking number? Why am I not getting replies to my requests for support?
