I came to this establishment to have some blood work done, I was treated very badly, staff was very rude and poked me over five times to get blood. They treat their patients with no compassion. The front desk lady is very rude and loud. The lady cannot speak English very hard to understand.

The lab is on the second floor.Ample parking.Only 2 people when I got in at 10:30.Lady at counter very nice.Sat down and waited, not even 5 minutes to be called in.The technician was super friendly and nice.Normally, when I've gone to labs, they just jab you and set.She asked if I was ok and talked for a minute.Will make this the lab I now go to.

Absolutely wonderful experience.Very professional team of ladies andvery pleasant to talk to. I'm not a fan of needles and having blood drawn, but today was a completely different experience. It was done before I knew what happened.Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation easy.

I've been going here for a long time the staff is very friendly and very helpful I find them that when they do the blood work there they do a great job you don't feel a thing it's done it's over with and you're on your way I couldn't ask for more great place to get blood work done and other things too like heart monitor they do a great job with that too I've had it done but overall the people are great

Waited 45 minutes without even getting checked in. Free parking is the only nice thing. Staff looked totally confused. A woman that was leaving said it took her over two hours waiting. A gentleman noted the number wait system is not being used in sequence. My opinion, avoid this blood clinic.

A website where you can actually book an appointment. Free, covered and available parking - on a bleak, snowy day.Had blood work and ECG done on 2 patients within 20 minutes of walking in.Reports available online/ email. Dynacare, Lifelabs, et al should take notes.Awesome.

Today was the first time I used this lab, and it will be my go-to lab from now on. They are very fast, friendly and she kept checking that I was doing ok. The lab itself is very clean. Next time you need to get blood done try here.

This site wasn't busy when I attended. Very pleasant experience. Receptionist was very helpful and the technician who admitted to being a student, was very professional, deft with the procedures and very kind.

Nice set up with minimal wait times. The entrance is tricky with no signs whatsoever. Blood work is at the second floor.
