Fountain Tire

We are from Manitoba and were in Regina for the day for meetings, when a brake caliper on our vehicle seized. It was the Thursday before Good Friday. I called Henderson Fountain Tire at 1 pm and within 30 minutes my vehicle was in the shop. The staff were friendly and helpful making my waiting time comfortable. The repairs were completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Henderson Tire for tire and vehicle issues!! Great staff!!

This is by far the most friendly and accommodating tire shop I have ever come across. The place is easy to get to, they have popcorn, a comfortable waiting area, quick wait times, and the pricing is reasonable - which are all important aspects of a good business. Truly though, the thing that stands out for this establishment is the customer service. It's without question - always a top notch experience.

Not impressed.... dropped my truck off for tires and a wheel alignment. Pick it up at 3:30 after work and they FORGOT to do the wheel alignment

A+ on customer service. We've been using this location regularly for the past few years. We can usually get appointments when we need and they do the work in a timely fashion while I wait. My husband usually organizes and books our service and tire changes but it's a very comfortable place for ME to bring my car for service. I never feel pressured or that they're trying to up-sell me.

Did an after hours call out on a Sunday. Gordon was down there on time and gave very professional service. Will be back!

Wade was so helpful and efficient at getting us back on the road again after a blowout just east on the highway. Our second day on the road on our crosscountry trip so he changed our disappointment into gratitude . Thank you Wade!!

I was blown away by the service I received from this Fountain Tire location. I am a car dealer in Edmonton. I found myself in a big jam with a truck stranded in Regina that was shipped for a customer who did not show up to pick it up. I scrambled to find someone to help me out and store the vehicle until I reached the customer. I called about 7 different places and was told to basically screw off by all of them including the other 2 Fountain tire locations. Thankfully I talked to Wade at the Henderson Drive location and he was very helpful. He was compassionate to my situation and stored the truck for me at no charge. When the customer finally showed up, he gave her the truck and took her trade for me. They then inspected the trade for me to make sure it was safe to drive back to Edmonton. unbelievable service. Great job to the whole team there and I would recommend them to anyone needing their car looked at in Regina.

Friendly people. However they have a mark up of about 35-40% compared to everyone else ( such as Jay's, OK tire ect) . To have two tires fixed up here cost $87, the exact same repairs at other local places is $58. I asked them if they realise they are way overcharging compared to everyone else, and they agreed that's just how they do business. Buyer beware.

Labour's charges are far higher than other places. Called around and most places charged about $50 to do tire change over these guys charged $85. Thought they'd all be about the same, is why I didn't ask before dropping off car.
