BMR Electric gets five stars for customer service. Wade, the owner, is an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and energetic person. He’s very easy to talk to, answered all my questions and did a thorough review of my home heating requirements and made the excellent recommendation to change from oil to an ETS system which he installed. He patiently helped me understand the etiquette and protocol surrounding contractor quotes. I would recommend BMR electric wholeheartedly for service, reliability and technical knowledge.

Wade is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I felt like he took my family's needs into consideration and recommended what he felt we needed and nothing more. Installation of the ETS units we decided on was both fast and professional. Wade took the time to explain everything to us to ensure we understood how things worked. The price was fair, and was exactly what was quoted. I was very pleased overall and would recommend BMR to others as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My partner and I called Wade to come out and look at our heating system (we've had 900$ power bills in the winter when running this system).We were genuinely looking forward to having a professional come out and determine what the problem was. Upon Wades arrival my partner greeted him by telling him how grateful he was that he was here - Wade responded in an aggressive manner with a you know it's a 2 hour minimum

Wade's professionalism, attention to details and knowledge base about all things electrical is what makes him one of the best in the industry. He has performed small installation jobs for my 86 year old dad as well as a major electrical panel overhaul - changing the service efficiency for our single family dwelling home. Wade did various electrical jobs in my century old house such as updating the electrical panel and outdated lighting in the basement. Not only does he do an amazing job in tackling the electrical challenges that an old house presents but he also gave me great advice on lighting decor. He is always pleasant and gives clear explanations about the jobs he does. I highly recommend him.

YOU ARE AWESOME. YOU DO SMALL THINGS WITH GREAT LOVE.Wade Hynes did a tremendous job installing two energy thermal storage units in our home. He is gifted with sympathy and empathy. He patiently takes time to explain all the details on how to receive the rebate from Efficiency Nova Scotia and how to reach out to Nova Scotia Power for installation of the meter that monitors time of day use.
