I was waiting patiently to get help and two other customers came up beside me also waiting for help. Maria completely ignored us and went to help another customer who just showed up. We asked for help and one of the employees came up and said “My shift is over. I can not help you.” I guess customer service isn’t a priority at this store. The employee who was off their shift, I’m fine with that. But Maria completely ignoring 3 customers; who were patiently waiting for help, to go help a customer that just came in is unreasonable.Do better

This staples saved my bacon, the only place I could find on a long weekend that was open and able to process a parcel I needed to ship. Really helpful customer service! And now my fingers are crossed that the parcel arrives at the destination in one piece. Many thanks.

I've never had a problem with this location and all my purchases here have been very satisfactory. The photo printing is awesome and all my projects have come out very well. The staff, even though under an obvious tough workload, are very helpful and friendly fast and efficient. Some even went through my work to make sure I left happy. The computer section was extremely helpful and directed me to the best purchase price wise and functioning wise for a laptop. I'm still very satisfied. Nicely laid out store and ample parking available. The only issue I have is their online ordering for photo. It is relatively slow and hard to navigate through, with one wrong move and everything is lost and back to square one. When stuff is ordered it arrives very fast and on time.

I would like to see some more economy priced items for non-business purchases. For example,, to have a options for a basic paper products (generic lined journals, paper desk/wall calenders ) would make a lot of sense since its obvious that the actual cost is no where near the retail amount and not every one has a business account. Its a convenient location with good parking and lots of aisle space. The online selection is good and you can check online ahead of time to see what is available or in stock which is helpful esp if the shelf isn't stocked but the item is actually on hand in back room.

i find the service extremely subpar for such a large franchise / corporation. trying to use the print services often requires me to set aside more time than I would using the same services elsewhere. additionally, when i asked how much something would be to print, the price i was quoted was waaay off, but only after i had put $40 on a card. i was kinda just stuck with that since i opted not to use the services but that was kinda bunk.

I will NOT be using this particular establishment/location for any other business transactions, ever. Business card order(s) have been consistently incorrect and needed reprinting x 3. Phones calls to the store go unanswered and fulfilled order calls are non-existent. When I had to physically drive to the location to hunt down my order (which was still incorrect but close enough and I wanted to be done with the place) I saw why phone calls weren't being answered when the manager deliberately redirected/unconnected several calls. As there was enough staff to deal with customers, I would assume that phone calls to the store would also be a priority.

The first person I encountered at the door was super super rude. I'm assuming she was a manager she was on a phone and seemed very angry. Not a great start to interacting with their customers. If it wasn't for the fact thay I need the item asap I wouldn't have even gone further into the store.

This is a review about Levi in the print shop. He went above and beyond after some issues with Canva. Not often you see someone with his motivation to actually help a customer now a days. He is always busy when I am in there and seems to be the go to for all the staff. Hopefully he is respected and appreciated by management. Thanks Levi!

Probably the most unhelpful store I’ve been in! As I’m aimlessly walking around looking for an item, so I ask for help finding it. There answer is… yes there should be some over there or maybe buy it online? No help with the finding items, just telling you to shop online, I hate this world sometimes
