Machines à Coudre Delisle Inc. (Delisle Sewing)

J'ai acheté deux machines à coudre de Delisle. Ils ont livré au 3e étage et le mécanicien a pris son temps pour installer et me montrer les machines. Excellent service après vente également, Michel était rapide à me répondre et envoyer un mécanicien quand j'ai eu un petit problème. Très satisfaite de mon achat, merci!

When it comes to industrial style machines, trust me this is the place you want to visit first. The staff are the most knowledgable in the city but beyond that, they are honest and just want to ensure you get the right machine. No pushy or crooked sales tactics here, just genuine help.This was a very refreshing change from some of the other stores I have visited.They stock a LOT of the best brands and machines as well as having very well serviced used machines with warrantee and home delivery and service. I would say this is the last remaining truly full service sewing machines store.Very glad to have found it.

Wow. What an amazing experience! I was looking for a beginner industrial sewing machine and after a series of failed Kijiji transactions, these guys were so great! Not only did they answer my multiple questions, but they delivered it to my 2nd floor apartment, set it up, gave me some extra oil, needles, bobbins, etc. and were so patient to answer all of my questions. A huge 10/10 experience, definitely very knowledgeable and overall a fantastic customer service experience. RECOMMEND 100%!

Amazing selection of machines and so well maintained! Bought my first plain industrial and am amazed with my machine, it’s the best plain I’ve worked on. The service is great, ask any questions and they will answer them for you. I got to try my machine before making the final decision. They do deliver but I opted to take mine home with me, they took it apart and put it in my car no problem. Can’t wait to invest in another machine from here!
