If I could I would give this place a 0 star, the service sucks, and the prices are higher then the other fast food places. I only go for the blizzards since this town doesn’t have many places to get a blizzard. I don’t recommend this place.

Very rude, take a very very long time no matter what you order and quality of food is awful definitely not going back to dairy queen in a long time. Very disappointing.

I don't even understand why I bother coming here. Every time the order is messed up. Had to talk the cashier through the order, simply 1 spicy chicken wrap and a drink and STILL got the order wrong.When is this place going to actually get their ducks in a row???

Clean restaurant. The staff were friendly compared to our first visit 2 days prior. Food was hot and fresh. You have to ask for your receipt if you want the survey on the back of it for your treat.

I find it rude when staff speak in another language while dealing with a customer. Also the ice cream we had tasted odd? The one staff member seemed very friendly over the rest.

We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches (no combo) 2 small blizzards, and a fountain drink and it cost $35. Compared to other fast food in the area this is so pricey. And unfortunately the food was really bad. The lettuce and tomato tasted like they were left out all day, very soggy. The chicken tasted okay but it was pretty dry. I’ve found the blizzards are not the same quality that they used to be either. A very disappointing experience.

I had explain my order 4 times and got barely any gravy on my poutine. My burger had a small end piece of a tomatoe and one piece of bacon. For the price you pay for your meal they shouldn't be cheap with their toppings. Very disappointed! And DQ use to be my Lil family favorite place to go

Worst customer service ever. If you don't like the job don't work in customer service. She pretty much threw the order out the window and doesn't even open the window to properly hand you the order
