I ordered many burgers here and the bun was not how you would to think it looks. It was oily, and flat and crumbly. Not how it looks in the edited pictures they show on the menu. It looks as if they just slapped all the ingredients together because all ingredients: the tomatoes, and lettuce, and patties were very off centered. They do a very slobby job. Plus the food is too salty. You can't find anything that's actually healthy. McDonald's is very fat fast food restaurant. Oh, and don't get me started on the happy meal! You guys have no idea what your feeding your kids...

I hardly write these because I’m not much of a complainer but if there is a slight chance my feedback will make a difference, I think it’s worth it.This place is probably the most unhygienic McDonalds. I’ve watched people change the garbage and then handle food and customer orders, or cough/sneeze and then continue to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. Once I asked for more ice and the lady took my used, empty drinking cup to scoop ice straight from the ice container. I was still thankful she honoured my request but I wondered how hygienic the ice actually was if that just happened. I wonder if each staff member is thoroughly trained on hygienic regulations and protocols and if the standards are being upheld and held accountable. Nonetheless, I still go here for a coffee from time to time but I always see something new that’s concerning. Anyway- the staff are always really nice and I don’t necessarily think it’s the floor staffs fault. Rules need to be enforced from the top down. Maybe lack of management and training.

Lack of proper coordination between staff is what I experienced in my last visit. I ordered one large order of fries through the machine and paid by card.I could see my token popped up from their token machine and after few minutes of wait one of the worker picked up my token from their machine and just put it down on the table in a hurry serving another order.My token was right on that table for another 3-4 minutes, and then another worker took that token, crushed, and was about to throw it in their bin (probably thinking it was already served ?) I interrupted her and said I was waiting for it to be picked up and served, but this is what happened, and she didn't believe me. She probably thought I was faking for an order of fries?? LOL. She just threw my slip in the bin and went away! Then when I called the first worker who took the token from the machine and explained to her what I saw, that was when she gave me my order of fries! LOL. Workers definitely need to be trained on coordination.

Painfully slow, messing up multiple orders, the people who work here could not care less about customer service. Don’t dine here, drive across the plaza to the actual McDonald’s, it will still be faster.

On our way from the zoo stopped in for a light lunch ordered it and waited for our food got the food but they forgot to serve our drinks they handed the person after us there drinks but not ours until a bit of time after the other worker had to tell the lady who serving it to give our drinks not so good service and they had given us one napkin for myself and daughter and they didn’t have any filled at the counter food was good but not the service lady that served us didn’t greet us with a smile she looked upset so not a welcoming place at all don’t recommend it at all

I visited this restaurant today and the service was below average, but the real reason for the low rating is because of my order. I ordered hot cakes and it was not only cold, but it was clearly very very old. The pancakes were stale and were rock hard and inedible. They had clearly been sitting for hours before they served them to me. It was terrible. Anybody who cares about customers would never serve something this bad. Cold was a big issue, but being stale shows how little they care. Awful.

First off, we were there around 6:20 so I understand the dinner rush. Our order took over half an hour to be done. 3 people were missing during that whole duration. Whoever was managing did a poor job putting that many on break or schedule during the rush. We got 4 combos and given 3 fries. I would've left it. I got the double filet o fish. Most of the tartar sauce was in the box and none was actually in the burger but on the outside. Fine. I still understood. I took a bite into it. It's a stale, dry burger as if it was already made and sat out for days. I couldn't even bite through the fish. The fish itself was basically fused into the cheese which meant it was sitting there and reheated at best. This is straight up appalling.

I was in Harmony Walmart location on 12/16/2022 at 6:10:32 pm. I was picking up a mobile order Happy meal. Takeout order 2162.My hands were really full, so I asked the girl who was handing me my order if I can have a brown bag for my meal and her answer was an obvious NO!Please tell your staff to be nice to their regular customers, it’s the holiday season, my hands were full of stuff and in a hurry picking up a meal for my son. I made an order and I didn’t go randomly asking for a food bag. It’s shameful.It doesn’t cost anything to be nice. I am absolutely disappointed and furious. Never back again to that location.
