Seemed fast to me picked up few pallets of bricks didnt take long. The other drivers that work here are friendly at least to me. Fork lift OP., were fast and effective

I was dissapointed to learn that they do not have a clearance or bargain area any more. It's the only reason I stopped in. Staff very friendly in sales office.

Sat in their stack yard for a half hour waiting for a lift operator to come help. None came so I had to call the main office to radio one for me. Then I had to wait another half hour to be loaded, and it was a small order, only a pallet. They clearly have no interest in servicing smaller customers that don't show up with a huge flat-deck truck. Really disappointing customer service.

Send your contractors here if you don't want to see them again. They will never come back from the yard because everyone who works here takes all day help you and to load you up properly. Wait over 15+ minutes for any assistance before receiving a poorly wrapped pallet, where the bricks could just come off on the highway. I've been here over an hour for less than 100 bricks, and i would not have had to come today, if their sales rep hadn't misquoted me the number of bricks originally. Just avoid this place for small orders
