I called Larry. He left clear instructions. I texted back. I asked for sod delivery. He clarified a few items. I got sod delivered when I asked for it. The placed it where I asked. The sod was super fresh. Looked great. Great price. The delivery guy was very pleasant and helpful and gave me a number of great recommendations and tips. Overall excellent experience. -1* for not taking back the skid and skid deposit.

Called with a two second inquiry about sod. Was told that I was wasting not only my time but his time as well and then hung up. When I texted back to say he was rude and unprofessional he replies saying “ I wasn’t put here to bend over for you”. If this guy isn’t the most unprofessional goof I have ever encountered then I don’t know who is. Not surprised to see the other negative reviews. Sounded like he was half drunk when I spoke with him. This will now be the last place I call for any of my garden needs now. My father and at least three neighbours at my cottage were all planning on fixing up really large areas with sod this summer. You can guarantee now that your business won’t even be a thought in our minds when we purchase.

Called twice and was sent right to voicemail, so I decided to text the number as per the voicemails request. This was the response that I had gotten. Unprofessional, and jumped to conclusions. In order to run a business you need professionalism, BASIC manners, and good customer service. I needed this for a small project I was working on, I’m surprised a grown man would respond like a teenage girl. I should have taken a look at the reviews prior to reaching out, I wouldn’t have wasted my time with this goof. I don’t even know how he’s still in business.

You (Larry) should learn business practices, and not threaten people who you haven't a clue who they are or connected to. You screwed up another delivery you where supposed to have at the job site at 6 am not show up at 8.30 with no phone calls. If you want to threaten someone then try me you stugotts, not my partner.

Awesome quality sod! Delivered when promised. It was so nice, I decided to redo the rest of the yard. Just ordered more. I definitely would recommend to others.

Personally 1 star isnt what I would give him. Larry told me I would have sod delivered on Sunday. 830am I messaged him asking what time it would be arriving, he never responded. 1 PM i sent him a ? Still no response. So i got my father to call him on a different number he answered and was rude saying if you continue to bug me it's going to slow down the process. That was like 2 PM. But he still did not provide a time. 6 PM rolls around still nothing. Then i get a friend to call him. My friend was not rude or yelling or upset, he was just looking for a time. Larry proceeded to tell him to stop yelling at him, which he was not! Larry then continues with if you don't get a call it's still coming, but still could NOT provide a time. I had a crew of people here to help me lay this sod. It NEVER showed up. Saturday I had soil delivered, the man seems high or intoxicated off something. He couldn't even drive the huge truck that the soil was in. Hit my neighbors fence in front of the house. I mean at least I got my soil delivered. BUT the unprofessionalism not knowing where his trucks were for the sod. OR a time it was going to be delivered. He was so rude. I DO NOT recommend this company in the slightest. Fine a more professional company.
