Left my necklace for repair and they ruined it more , it was even less wearable than before. Had to go get it fixed at a different jewelry store. Horrible service.

Complete vultures, I had bought a $300.00 ring and ended up returning it in exchange for store credit which is completely fine. However the manager of the store informed I could use the store credit to purchase anything in their store. There is also a 3 month expiration attached to any credit they hand out so rather than waste it I decided to buy a necklace. Come to find out, the employee working that day informed me I can only use store credit on select items and not items with discounts applied to them, which is a large margin of their inventory, I had to haggle with them to finally be able to buy the necklace with the credit. They try to nickel and dime you for everything and have no expertise, they'll tell you anything you glance at is perfect or of high quality just to get a sale, they have no regard for their customers.

Scammers. I had given them a chain to resize the first of August. Lady told me it would take max around 10 business days. She called me 2 weeks later when I was on vacation, said I could come pick it up as soon as I get back. I get there and another lady tells me that no, I have to verify that the cost of the resize is okay before they do the work, pretty much wasting my time. I say yes, it's okay, I'll accept the charge just resize it. It is now been a month that I have given them the chain to resize, and another two weeks since I confirmed that the charge is fine, and i haven't yet received my chain. So much for 10 business days. They don't know what they're doing here and took my money. First and last time I go here. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

A WHOLE SCAM! SCAM ! SCAM! Do not go buy your jewelry there AT ALL! Save your money nd go somewhere else that is worth your money. The old sale lady is very arrogant, rude and lack of customers services. She only cares about money. We have put a deposit on a ring that we dont even have physically and she refused to give a refund or atleast a credit of the deposit that we gave and she insisted that we pay the product in full while we didnt want it anymore. A big scam I tell you. This store dont even deserve one star.

Deceptive repair service-I was quoted 25$ to repair a cracked ring, they only fixed one half, returned it, then told me I would have to pay again and wait another 2 weeks to fix the other half. They couldn’t find my ring at first even with my ticket, and it was very disorganized to pay. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience. I bought my ring back in june, it took them 3 weeks to give me the ring.In dec 3rd i returned the ring because it was broke and till now they are not giving me the ring back. Am calling every 2 days and they are just wasting my time and they do not want to return my money back!!!! I tried to talk with the supervisor and everytime they tell me she's not here and she will call you back!!! They said that they don't return money so they do steal your money!!!

This is the worst service ever. Never get serve by Liliane. We bought 2 bracelets and we had to get there 12 times for reparations. 12 TIMES.Don’t loose your time my friend. You’ll loose money and time.

I went battery change, they change it but couldnt close my watch and told me to come tomorrow for a simple battery change. When I want it back they just waited me and talk with other customers. Won't reccomend(When I went to Fossil they change it perfectly and cheaper)

They're jewelry isn't the quality you'd expect with their price tag. They give the illusion that you're getting a good deal by putting massive discounts on a selection of their items however the discounted price is the actual value of whatever they're selling. Predatory store that preys on people being inexperienced in jewelry.
