Went there in the evening at 7:30 pm, A white girl took my order ,not very friendly looked exhausted ,rude and non apologetic.I went there very often with same order every time she didn’t listen to me while taking the order,I asked for caramel ice capp and she made me a Iced coffee instead when i asked thats its not what I ordered she replied rudely that this is not what I paid for and even then she made my order wrong and give me regular iced capp and again she forgot to hand out the rest of the food.I get it if its busy people do mess up but behaving rudely with the customer and not fixing it with no apologies was the worse service I have ever get here.Not very happy this time

Tried to order something to eat around 4pm and pretty much NOTHING was available and my coffee was scorched. I thought food was served until 8pm?

Always go thru the drive thru. They are fast accurate and always very professional. We go everyday before work & a couple times through the day and the workers always remember our order. Who doesnt love Tims coffee.

Usually I haven't had issues at this location. But recently everything has started to go downhill! 2 days in a row my coffee was missing the 1 sweetener I asked for. Yesterday trying to argue with me that I ordered 4 coffees instead of 2. Called to ask for a manager and all I was offered was my name on the board for a free coffee. When a customer asks for a manager, you get the manager!!!!!

Worst Tim Hortons ever. No one is working quickly and standing ideal while keep customers waiting in line for so long. Poor staff, poor management, zero service skills.

Tim Hortons switched from glass coffee pots to larger stainless steel. I find the quality of the coffee has changed. A monopoly and efficiency does not mean great coffee

The worst Tim Hortons at all, I tried to pay using my Amex in this store and they don't accept I was ashamed by they in front of my friends because they tried some times before said We don't accept Amex

Fairly standard Tim Hortons. This location tends to be a little faster on average, than the other Tims in the soo. Though that might be because of how busy this one can get, being right on the corner of a busy intersection.No real complaints other than they will still occasionally mess up orders. If you need your coffee fix, it's as good as any.

I ordered 2 large black coffees and wanted 2 specific donuts. When I went through the drive through I had to repeat the order several times and it was difficult to understand the staff who took my order. Tim Hortons seldom have a variety of donuts so, I got the 2 coffees and no donuts. Tim Hortons has great coffee and that is my go to coffee house.
