Amazing sandwiches! A small shop that serves some great food with real character. Buzzy is a genuine person and really takes pride in serving good food. The shop has limited space but the patio outside is nice and there are touches of humor every where you look. We went twice it was so good!

Had the Hungry Jew twice...I couldn't resist grabbing one to enjoy on the ferry ride back to the mainland. I've never been a fan of sandwiches but Buzzy's has changed my perception of how good a sandwich can be. The service was also great and they seemed to take a lot of pride in their food. It reminded me of the attentiveness to quality that is so often mentioned when describing the great, small food establishments in Tokyo.

Very good! The guys who run this place are super funny. The food was very, very good but possibly at first thought a bit on the pricy side but on second thought good ingredients aren’t cheap. Definitely a must try!

Found out about this place a few years ago. Legit Jewish smoked meat restaurant.Small dine in area (outside). Area is clean and feels fun.Food is excellent with large portions at a reasonable price.I had the hungry jew which came with a kosher pickle and a latke. Enough for one person easily. My girls shared the large latke poutine with meat. They almost finished it.It is on the backside side of the row of stores which face the park. Get to the area and it will make sense.I come to salt spring once a year and I come here when I do.

This is probably the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. I ordered the Hungry Jew and boy was it a generous portion. It has Latkes in it and even one on top! The meat just melts in your mouth. It was well seasoned but not too salty. Even the pickle on the side was superb. I might have to go back and get another one to take home with me. Worth every penny. I will definitely be coming back every time I come to Salt Spring.

AMAZING! That is all I've got to say about this place. It was so good the first time we tried it that we went back the very next day! I took suggestions from Google reviews of this place and ordered the Hungry Jew and the Rabinowitz and my husband and I were very satisfied with both. Their meat is so tender and flavourful and the sandwiches were perfect with all the flavours combined! Their pickle is yummy too. This place is a must-visit if you are on SSI. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well.

Amazing place in salt spring for lunch. We shared the Hungry Jew sandwhich. It was amazing. The meat was incredibly moist and juicy and the rye bread was fresh!
