Very professional and friendly staff accompanied with exceptional service!I initially had someone else change the back of my galaxy s20 ultra and they did not do a proper job. The glue had let go and there was a fingerprint in the camera lense (on the inside).They re-sealed my phone properly and removed the finger print for me, which I really appreciated. It was completed within enough time for me to pick up a few things at the store and was reasonably priced.All in all exceptional service and I will recommend them and bring my devices there from now on.

Overall great experience. Was very hesitant at repairing my phone but these guys actually did well. Went in with a broken screen, and after a few bad screen replacements (manufacturing defects) and a bad cable, the phone works great. If you don't want replace your phone and just get it fixed , go see these guys. They warranty their work too!

I recently upgraded my IPad, and went to Tech Mobile for help to set it up and transfer my data, and check out their IPad accessories. And it’s important to support local business. My experience was amazing. Ethan and his colleague were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ethan took the time to show me some features and answered my questions patiently. This company is going places and with their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from both young men…i left feeling very pleased. I highly recommend this local company for all your mobile tech needs.

Excellent service from Tanvin. Walked out feeling like we had new phones. My wife and I had new screen protectors installed, new cases and I had my screen replaced. Reasonable cost and great service. I’d recommend.

I had issue with my iPhoneX, and when I came to the store , the attendant Tanvin was very polite. He asked my concern and addressed it with full satisfaction. He immediately cleaned my charger pot and never charged me for the service. Absolutely superb customer service. This was my second time at the center . I am very satisfied with professionalism and good customer service.

Just got home from Mexico and discovered an issue with an IPhone 10 we had taken down. Could not get the the charger cord to connect with the phone to recharge. Needed to get something done immediately as we were headed away in a couple of days during Easter. Took the phone in and the guys immediately looked at the phone and diagnosed the problem as sand inside the charger port in the phone. On the spot he cleaned it and checked the connection and we were on our way in 15 minutes. This is the type of service that we all wish we could get everywhere and is sorely missing. Kudos to the staff and will use and recommend them for any issues down the road. Thanks!!

Absolute top notch service. They repaired our iPhone 8 glass andbattery for really inexpensive. They also fixed my iPad pro as it was not charging. They cleaned out the charging port for free, yes free! Who does that? Wow, really impressed!Great company and I am so happy to have a trustworthy place to fix our iPhones and iPads at a convenient location and fair prices. Keep up the great work. I am a customer for life!
