Second bad experience here, the owner is very arrogant and not helpful with clients. Had call with specific part request prior to coming there, he had promised to keep the parts, yet he didn't have them and gave me a real hard time when asked for them. First time I went there, I spent $750 and got an equally arrogant service from him. I prefer to give my business to people who are nice.

I had very weird experience here today. At first, the employers seemed nice and fixed the bike quickly. But it did not worked. So I went back. The mechanic ignored me for 10mins(there was no other customers and he clearly saw me). I was waiting until one of his employee finally came to see me and asked me what happened. I explained and he took bike to the guy who was in charge of my bike.It did not work after he tried again. However. he sent his inferior to me at this time, and the inferior said my boss said

Both experiences I've had with this shop have been excellent. They are usually busy but will try to help you out with a quick repair on the spot if they can. If not, they will have your bike back to you within a week. Very friendly service, will be going back for any of my bike needs. Cheers

I have been their client for more than two years. Last time I went to the shop- as my bike was vandalized- I paid more than 100 CAD bill and they returned my bike with a deflated tire. I never thought it was their fault pushed so hard all day; but, later on realised that my back tire was returned to me deflated. They did not do anything to compensate it when I called them to complain. Next day, when it was raining heavily, I also realized that the mudguard recommended by them" does not work at all. They went above and beyond for the maintenance on my cruiser for a reasonable price. Why I decided to write a review was because the cashier took the time to install every add-on I purchased (seat cover and bell). I'll be coming back next time my bike is in need of some love.

I’ve been there more than 20 times and every time I’m satisfied with the service there. Sometimes I buy parts, sometime I get my bike fixed and I also bought a bike there. I don’t know any other place better than them. They are professionals fast and they don’t have any problem answering your questions. Best team in town there for sure.

The owner Andrea is a special guy... He thinks he's the best mechanic in the world but really isn't. He's EXTREMELY slow and charges A LOT for something basic and he thinks it's okay because they are high-end bikes.

Have had so many bad experiences here. Owner once refused to process a credit even though I still had the credit receipt. Made up some excuse about credits being only good for one year because the information in their system is automatically erased at the end of each year, which is clearly BS. They make repairs on bikes without confirming with the client first, even when the ticket clearly states to confirm any additional costs before proceeding with repairs that go beyond a tune up. I once witnessed the owner refuse a return of a clearly unused bike seat that was purchased the day before. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. There are a ton of honest and competent bike repair shops in the area, such as Vélodidacte, which is just a block away.

I have never had my bike serviced here, but I always go here for parts. They have an excellent selection and price point, and even some hard to find parts and accessories. The mechanics often seem very busy and don't seem to have time to respond in depth to inquiries. Great bike shop, highly recommend
