I would give a 0 star if possible, but if Google is as nice as to save their unworthy face then so be it. The staffs were nice up until the actual person who's supposed to be helping out. Asked him a question and he rolled his eyes, ask him to explain a bit about a line on the tax revenue paper, and he literally just read the line as if its a magical explanation. Incompetent people like these should be fired. We pay our taxes respectfully, yet get this kind of non-sense treatments? Not to add that their salary literally come from our pockets. At least make an effort to choose competent people for the job, isn't that what they're paid to do??

Don't come!!! You will loose your time !!!The place is empty! Just 1 woman in the computer (just covering hours for paid) if u ask her something , she send you to call by phone because this is not her apartment!!I come for nothing

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!Super slow at replying to everything and they messed up my account TWICE due to their poor English communications. If you're an English speaker and try to contact them by phone, I'd recommend planning at LEAST 45 minutes to be waiting on the phone (doesn't matter if it is Monday morning or Friday afternoon).

The agent on counter 25 has extremely bad attitude.He pretends that he does’t understand a single word when customer talks to him in English, even though he can clearly pronounce “I don’t understand” fairly good.Despite the promise that my request ”can be accepted and process right away if I come, in person“ by another agent from the call center and the receptionist in the office, this guy, on counter 25, insisted that “we will process your request as if it is received by post. The wait time depends on the turn around time”.Clearly this person treats customers who speak English differently, in a bad way.

I had to wait for over 2 hours on the phone to speak to someone at Revenu QC. When someone finally answered, I was told that I called the wrong department and that unfortunately, the right department was already closed since it was past 4:30pm. The only reason I had to call was because I could not physically go to Revenue Quebec's offices, which are still closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic (we are now in April 2023). It must be very nice to be a public servant. Make clients wait on the phone for 2 hours, work from home, and stop working at 4:30pm! They're living the life! As a small business owner, it's too late for me. But I'll be sure to tell my kids to choose the right career path and join the public service!

WHY IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE SOOO BADDD!!! This is a government agency, you would think they would train their employees to be polite. They are SO RUDE. Disgusting honestly. Just trying to call to get some info, they transfer me without even letting me finish, when they answer And I’m asking if I’m at the right place, the amount of attitude I got was unbelievable. I am so disgusted by this service, especially when it comes to taxes and we truly need help. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE A BIT OF COMPASSION. I’m so sick of this province.
