Repair and Run - Queen St W
Sent my e-scooter through hell and these guys fixed it right up no problem. The phone calls and messages were exactly on time and they updated me every step of the way. Unfortunately, my scooter was totally water damaged and warranty wasn't able to cover the repairs, but the guys at the shop were nice enough to give a discount to help my situation since water damage isn't covered by warranty. All in all, they fixed my scooter right up and it's good as new; don't take your scooter anywhere else! Take it here, this is the one stop shop for everything e-scooter repair. Thank you gentlemen.

I rode over a 3-inch screw that someone had thoughtfully left in the bike lane, when I was downtown close to 5:00 today. I found these guys online and walked my flat-tired bike over to their shop, not especially hopeful that anyone could deal with my flat quickly. But Repair and Run promised that they could deal with my bike before they closed at 7, and they were as good as their word, texting me as soon as the work was done. They also gave me a detailed explanation of the effects of the puncture when I picked up my bike. The guys at the shop were really knowledgeable, and I really liked the low-key nature of the shop. The hours are very user-friendly too. (Open till 7 on Saturday.) It's good to know these guys are there and I will definitely be back if/when the need arises.

Repair and Run - Queen St W
Repair & Run should change its name to Repair & Rub.After 1 week of holding my e-scooter they charged me $220 for a simple $65 tire change. They also dropped and broke the drum brake housing of my e-scooter. I asked for a simple tire change but they took apart the motor and told me they can't put it back together because the motor shaft is seized up. I don't believe them because the motor was fully functional when I took it to them.

I had such a pleasant experience here. Place is reasonably price staff is friendly and very honest. I like their attention to details and how they value their customers. They listen to my needs, did full analysis of the bike and provided me with best solution. It is rare to find good place like this and I would highly recommend it for all bike repairs. I would go to this place again if I have any issues in the future.

I am so glad I found this place to fix my bike!!!They are amazing. Staff is friendly and so nice and fast at work. They know what they are doing and they are the experts at all bike repairs. I had issues with my rare derailleur and chain and they fixed it so fast (1 hour wait time) they had all the parts did the best price and worked so efficiently. I really appreciate their service as I can enjoy the rest of my day on the bike. Super happy I found this place.

I recently brought my e-scooter to this shop for repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Although they initially estimated that it would take a week to fix my scooter, they went above and beyond to finish the repairs as soon as possible so that I could have it back for the long weekend.I was extremely impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of the employees every time I called to check on the status of my scooter. Their great customer service truly sets this shop apart from others in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of electric scooter repairs!

Thomas quickly assisted me with break work for my Gotrax scooter. The staff was so kind and helpful. They took our scooter from inoperable to good as new in record speed and didn’t even charge us. I cannot express how honest and wonderful the staff was. We had an amazing experience. If you ever need any scooter or repairs this is the best place to go. ❤️

BEST E-Scooter REPAIR in toronto by far. The mechanics here are very skilled and know what they are doing and talking about. I’ve gotten my electric scooter repaired here multiple times and they always do a great job and fixing whatever i need fixed. Only downside is they tend to be pretty loaded with repairs so it tends to take them a day to get your repair done. but definitely worth the wait. Great customer service. Hard workers. If you need your bike or scooter repaired they will satisfy you
