This store is a gem! Friendly staff and service and yummy food made from local ingredients and meat straight from their farm (Perry Farms). There is nothing I have tried that I haven't loved, from their mexican beef and potatoes" to the best butter tarts around and in the late summer/early fall...Grape Pie!! Amazing."

Have always had a great experience when gone to this store with anyone I been served by. They have the best homemade soups and pies and local meat. Our fresh Christmas turkey we got this year was amazing one of the best that we have. It’s well worth the little drive for the quality and selection and great service.

People are very friendly. Everything is local as it can get and the prices are average for the types of products they sell. Worth stopping by for a look see. And oh!! They sell ice cream!!

Should be 6 stars, good food, good quality, good people, fresh local products. My wife and I are always repeat customers, fresh turkeys, jams, pies, meats, dairy, soups. If your not from Verona and your wondering if it's worth the drive from the big box stores in the city, the answer is YES.

A don't don't miss" store in this area of Frontenac County.If you are craving ice cream they also carry Kawartha Dairy products -- cones at the counter and takeaway in the store.Seriously fabulous store!"
