Had a terrible service from Vincent, I Bought a broom.. The broom stick is sold seperatly from the broom head.. Got home and they didn't fit together. went back to exchange it and was told I can't exchange it because the broom stick I need is cheaper than the broom stick I bought.. I offered to take something else in store in order to have the equivalent of my purchase and was told no by Mr 20 year old manager.. Instead he suggested to give me two broom sticks to equal the total of the originally purchased broom stick.. WHO NEEDS TWO BROOM STICKS?? I know it's only 1.50 but it's the principle that you can give me 2 broom sticks in order to accomadate the money but not anything else in store is beyond me. Even by offering me a broom stick without passing it at the cash as an exchange is screwing up the inventory so why can't you do it for something else like a chocolate bar. I would have even taken something more expensive and payed the different but Mr. Vincent didn't want that. I told him I would be leaving a review which didn't seem to bother him at all..for something so simple.. Honestly this is how you lose business and you can bet I will be driving out of my way to Walmart in Saint jerome because they understand client satisfaction. I suggest you do the same
