I’m amazed at how well the women here handle my dogs who hate being groomed!

Amazing ,experienced and very knowledgeable staff. My toy poodle always looks great !

If I could give less stars I would. My senior dog has been going to get his hair cut here for a few years now, we had an OK experience here until recently. My dog is not perfect and is aggressive especially when getting groomed. It seemed like they knew how to handle dogs like him but now that they are very busy they do not care about dogs that need more time to calm down... within 5 min of me dropping him off they called me and said they cannot handle him or pick him up. I came back and he was in the TOP kennel waiting for me... how did they pick him up if she just told me he wasn't allowing her to pick him up... it seemed they were just soo busy with people dropping off dogs or picking them up to give him some time to calm down instead they insisted I brought him somewhere else and that'd why he is worse.. no he's a senior dog, I've told him he is going blind and cannot see very well now. They didn't seem to care and went back to telling me are you sure you didn't bring him somewhere else.. I didn't his hair was so long and needed a cut. Then told me I should bring him more often.. he's 13 he doesn't need the extra stress. I would not recommend this place if your dog is aggressive or senior if they need more time and patient they aren't the place

I took my cat today and received outstanding service! The girls were so gentle and kind. They were also very professional. I had a good experience so I highly recommend.

In this day of getting used to bad service at most businesses... it is refreshing to get such a great service for my dog. These 2 ladies know their stuff , very friendly, great job on my cockapoo , Bear..... he’s never looked better ,,, other places never did a good job on his face, but they did a great job. Thank you for taking good care of my little furry friend .... see you in a few months .... merci beaucoup pour le très bon service

I absolutely love this place , the staff is very friendly. They are gentle with the dogs , and they take good care of them. I definitely recommend this place if you want good service !

I didn’t think it was possible for our standrd poodle to be any cuter than he already is but after getting groomed here he’s so adorable It’s almost too much to handle. Although not the cheapest option out there, if you are looking for a job well done, I Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Terrible customer service. Used to bring my dog here for almost a year and switched places after they cut his paw and didn't tell me, got infected and had to take him to the emergency hospital and give him antibiotics for 2 weeks.They blamed me for not brushing him well" and they had to completely shave him which is understandable it was my fault (even tho i explained i had issues with my health

If I can give no stars or minus I will give .. i don’t recommend that place at all .. they don’t care about dogs at all …Very bad place .. no experience at all with cutting the dog nails .. the dog was screaming and the lady continued to cut she was cutting the nerves … I told her to stop and I left and the manager was telling her “let her go to another place “ she has no experience at all of how they cut nails and not reach the nerves … she didn’t even tell her to be careful or to teach her or to try another method!!! my dog was bleeding from the nails that she cut … I don’t understand how they hire someone with no experience and I don’t understand how they open a place like that with no responsibility at all !! I don’t understand how they hire impolite people who give attitude to their clients….
