I bought my car from KiA Sherbrooke last year. They have great and professional salespersons. I went to different stores like Mazda, Nissan ... but at KIA everything was different.However, I am not satisfied with their services. I have Some reasons.1- The first thing is when I was doing my oil change, they told me that there is a problem with my front breaks and needs to be investigated. And you know, how could be expensive if you do that in the company store, So I went to 2 local garages and they investigated and there was no issue!2- Secondly which happened to me recently, is when I called a month before and took an appointment to change my oil and winter tiers. A day before they called and changed my time. I had struggled to change my schedule at work, But I made it. When I arrived they told sorry we are so busy and can not make it today. we have to reschedule it. Wich will be for at least 2 weeks later.Why they did not call me before I leave my job and go there?Why did they call me a day before and change the time?And what will happen if an incident happens to me if it snows? ( As my summer tires are gone already and I want to through them away)So 5 start for sales, 1 star for service.

Dishonest dealership that will disable your vehicle remotely after final sale and transfer of ownership has occurred. Avoid at all costs. To the owner: feel free to avoid the generic reply you've been attaching to other, similar comments, stating this wasn't performed by you" but by a "third-party residing under your roof" as the legal registration of both businesses share the same owner (the distinction may be applicable in court proceedings

My technician Philip went above and beyond my expectations. I thought my SUV could not be fixed Philip did everything in his power to make sure my SUV could start again. He communicated often and got the job done. Thank you so much Philip.

Terrible service given to my entire family on multiple occasions. We will never buy from Kia Sherbrooke ever again. Now we all own new Hyundai's. Much better service there.

I had some trouble with the shifting on my vehicle. The technicians discovered that it had something to do with the brake fluid. I was told that my vehicle uses the same fluid for the clutch and the brake. I would never have guessed that. The technicians changed the fluid and one of my brake calipers, which had leaked. It cost 1100$ to fix this problem and my vehicle runs like new again. I should note that 1100$ is probably more than the car itself is worth because it's a VGA (severely damaged vehicle), but that getting a replacement car would undoubtedly cost far more than that. The 1100$ dent in my wallet stings a little bit, but I'm still satisfied and happy about my experience with this dealership.

We moved to Sherbrooke from Alberta and couldn't change our own license plates on our Sportage due to the anti theft screws. Kia Sherbrooke was so amazing and helpful. Michael at the service desk got his hands dirty changing to our Quebec plates! Will definitely be returning for our regular car service and maintenance. Grateful for their time, good humour, and patience with my melange of French and English communication!

Service was great by the ses staff when first purchasing my vehicle but the after service has been terrible. Will definitely be thinking about having my contract transfered to another dealership and thinking twice before purchasing another Kia.
