Pearl to drink ratio is just horrible compared to other places like CoCo or Gong Cha. Brown Sugar pearls aren’t even cooked in brown sugar and they use an extremely sweet syrup as a substitute. Got my order wrong as well. Ordered their “Black Sugar Fresh Milk” and they gave me a “Black Sugar Milk Tea.” Fairly overpriced with the product they’re producing. Would not recommend as there is a CoCo across the street and you can get actual brown sugar pearls and not some fake regular Pearl mixed with some sort of syrup.

Came here since it opened and they’ve been pretty good so far. First time trying the brown sugar milk tea; very interesting as it tastes very similar to muscavado sugar. Drinks are on the sweeter side for sure but I still enjoyed them!

Went here for the first time and honest rate is.For the Staffcashier- not energetic on taking orders not even recommending new product.There were some poster in store for new product like taho and halo2 but its not on the menu so as a customer thinking its not available so i order other stuff i even pause in the front for a while since i need to switch up my order.Milktea staff- there like 4-5 of them but making my order took 20mins before done and i was actually the second person orderMilktea rate:i order cheesecake oreo 30% ice but when i got my order all was melted already so the taste is gross already. Imagine eating dissolve ice cream thats how it went. and see photo belowMy bf order black sugar milk tea same thing everything was dissolve,include the 30% ice the taste was not bad compared to the oreo.Ps. Pearls are super little compare to other bubble tea storesNot worth the hype.

Great bubble tea shop that offers daily discounts and specials. I had the cheesecake taro with pearls and it was fantastic. The shop itself is small but the setup is cute and inviting with limited seating. Highly recommend it if you happen to live in the area.

Love the brand new style bubble tea shop from PH!!! their famous cheesecake series really worth the shot. especially recommend cheesecake oero, one sip you could have multiple taste and its unique. other drinks also very good. Actually there is nothing to avoid you can order blind fold and you will be satisfied with it. Located near Jolibee too, in the food district of MacLeod trail lmao.

skinny Filipino man was very welcoming to the store and had a welcoming smile before I entered. Was like walking into the gates of heaven as soon as we locked eyes. He cooked up my order with every meaning to his life and when I took a sip of my milk tea his smile flourished into my head and all my sins were forgiven. Would only order from him

Worst experience. We came as family and The cashier who we spoke to sounds so unfriendly and impatient in taking our order. We showed him that we had 10 stamps and we want to claim the free milk tea. He even looked at it but he did not pay attention just to find out in the end that he already punched everything and we didn't get the free milk tea and he could not even give refund. I think the staff here need to be trained to provide good customer service or at least make sure they have good attitude before hiring them. We came here excited and with such positive vibes but went home very disappointed.
