Food is fine but customer service is TERRIBLE. Attempted to get lunch there today - no one in line when I arrived and sandwich artist was making an online order. I waited 5min for her to finish making the 2 sandwiches that a DoorDasher was waiting for (with no hello, no eye contact, no I'll be with you in a moment"). Then

Easily the worst Subway in Vancouver. A can of pop is literally $5. Subs are 30% more expensive than anywhere else, a sub that is usually $8.50 is $12 here. This is a one time visit for me and looks like a lot of other people as well. This franchisee is profiteering, what a shameI'm not even going to mention the standoffish attitude when you walk in

Food is fine, basically as youd expect from a subway nowadays. Sadly service here isnt great. Always have to ask for more veggies as they try to get away with putting barely any on. Weird thing is they took away the prices for the regular items so i had to ask the lady to check each item i was interested in.

Harveer was the only staff at this location today, but she managed it very well with the crowd. She was friendly and ready. Our Sandwich and wrap were also great. You should definitely visit sometime with your friends or just yourself.

She told me I wasn’t allowed to change anything on my order. Wasn’t even allowed to get a whole wheat bun. Wasn’t allowed to add spinach. Ended up with a thing feeling $15 dollar foot long . And we know the meat quality is weak. I feel ripped off. I even used a coupon and feel ripped off.She said “subway is changing”

Bought food for my 9 months Pregnant Wife!!Completely WRONG ORDER!! Ordered 2 Tuna 6inchs and 2 grilled chicken 6 inchs. Gave me all Chicken with big bunch of attitudes by the stupid Cashier. EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER IS WRONG. NOT SAUCE AT ALL!! Worst Service Ever!! 14/01/2023 11:45AM

My gf and I visited. The woman was very rude. Yes east Indian in variety but that's doesn't matter. She was rude. Made our sandwiches wrong and refused to let my girl use the washroom. I was so mad. This is pathetic. We are from Kelowna and get treated so much better at these subways.

Never go to this sub way; it is the worst in Vancouver. The women is very obnoxious.( I guess she is a Philippino)Please don't come in. With her, the store would never expand.The owner ought to take this matter seriously
