The parts staff were so helpful in solving my plumbing problem. The gentleman even took the digital callipers out to make sure that it would fit properly. They are so funny. Oh I laughed. They could go on a comedy show. Super fun experience and looks like a great department to work in. Thank you so much for all of your help. Keep up the amazing teamwork! Ed

Stopped in for a number of parts for a new to us trailer. I was dreading to get parts as the last experience I had with a different dealer was an experiance to say the least. This time was different. Dealt with Amber in parts who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to grab everything I needed off the shelf or from the warehouse right away. I was expecting to just order today but came home with everything I needed! Thanks for all your help Amber! I will be back in the future!

Reasonable parts service for the past 2 visits. Sold me the wrong regulator for my application and wasn't interested in supplying the right part which was readily available online almost everywhere. Best advice check online at the same time to save you time and money. Disappointed with their zero effort. Unopened return was accepted. They won't be my first part source in the future.

Best experience I've ever had at any type of dealership. These folks go out of their way to make sure that we were happy.the service department are all rock stars, from the counter to the techs, had an issue that they jumped on right away, cannot say enough about this place, from sales to parts and service, awesome

We just picked up our second RV from Grove RV.  We had shopped many RV dealers in our local area of southern Alberta and found nothing that was equivalent to what we found in Spruce Grove. The units were in good condition and clean and the deals incomparable. Marty in sales was very approachable and showed endless patience with our tons of questions. Jason helped with warranty and again was so pleasant to deal with. Upon pick up, Warren did our walk thru and never in 5 units we have purchased before have we had such an extensive lesson on our unit. He was great. Tammy in parts was really nice and pleasant and welcoming. Probably the person that gets the least recognition is Sharon who details the units. Our unit was spotless and that to us was very very important. Sharon does an outstanding job!!! This dealership has been a total pleasure to deal with and we would totally recommend them.

Sylvia and I recently bought a 32’ Jayco Precept Class A Motorhome from Grove RV. They were awesome, sales, service, parts, even the owner Dave was there to make sure everything was going well. They took care of installing the satellite dish, and all of the other extras we wanted, it was ready for pickup on the date agreed upon(huge undertaking). They advised and gave us a great warranty package. The detailing was exceptional. They also spent at least 3 hours explaining, and showing us how to operate all of the features on the Motorhome, as it’s our first one. Thank you from Don and Sylvia.

July 11, 2023 - Update:Visited again to have a small item checked. I live in Saskatchewan and was traveling thru. They worked me in. And, to me, it's a WOW! Friendly staff who really care to give great results. So, after nearly 3 years, I am still super impressed with our 2015 LTV Serenity (very well built), and also the wonderful service and staff. I see someone else is not happy...Hmm, not sure why. I will shop here again.Aug 27, 2020 - After my visits for service - I'm always a bit concerned with verbal promises...but these folks come through not only on written promises but also verbal. We've been back twice since our purchase for a few small adjustments. In each case they have worked hard to ensure we are satisfied. This is our 3rd RV, and our first Leisure Travel Van (LTV). Not only is our 3015 LTV a wonderful RV, but Grove RV gives exceptional service. Thank you to all for your friendly service.July 15, 2020 - My original review: So far, _very good_. This is my first-time dealing here with Freddy. I found his answers and guidance to be knowledgeable and direct. We pick our new to us unit up in a week or so. Thank you Freddy and staff.

Grove Rv have worked with my husband and myself to find us a fifth wheel. Our salesman, Marty make sure that we were taken care of during the sale process. All of their staff from different department , were very friendly toward us by taking care that we experience excellent services. Five stars should be rated higher. Thank you for all your hard work. ♥️

Never to return.Booked an appt on Monday for Friday. Just an exterior inspection. Told should be done by 4. I stopped in at 330 and told we can't get to it til Monday. I need it in Northern BC on Sunday. The kicker is, I pulled it all the way from Northern BC as these guys had been highly recommended. With the cheap cost of fuel, and everything else these days, so glad I spent so much on this trip. Not like they will even care about this review as some of us don't have $750,000 units. Sorry to say but Grove RV is getting close to the same level as GO RV.
