Purolator

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff when I sent my package to the states. They do follow the store hours by the book. Make sure you’re there before closing.

High priority shipments that are guaranteed to be delivered on a certain day sit in their warehouse for days with no communication. Always at least 2 days late. We avoid using them at all costs for this reason but this time we had no choice. So frustrating, especially when it seems like they do not care, at all.

Driver delivered my parcel to wrong house without checking name and house number on parcel. My house is 8321 and person delivered to 8231.Bad service. Poor customer service too.Failed to find my parcel.I found my parcel by myself after spending few hours.

I paid for second day delivey, three days later and my parcel never left Purolator office!It took one week for Purolator to deliver a second day delivery from prince George to Toronto.Regular mail would have been much cheaper with equivalent delivery time.

Got some stuff flowen in and was called day ahead of schedule

The worst ever customer care service as well as overall service delivery. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I have had no luck with packages from Purolator Prince George. Last year i ordered a bike from Amazon and they lost it so i got a refund and reordered the bike. When the bike was finally delivered, they showed up with both bikes. It would have been funny if it hadn't been such a hassle in the first place. This time it was a small package, and they just slapped a sticker on my door and told me i had to pick it up myself. As a person with a disability that involves my mobility and no vehicle to get to their depot let's just say that was an exhausting day. I order most of my stuff from Amazon because it is hard to get out and shop during the winter and 95% of it is delivered with no problem except when it is Purolator. I have asked Amazon to stop using Purolator for my orders be they still do occasionally.

Retail outlet is outside of the main yard fence. Kinda confusing. Good service though.

Very poor delivery and customer service. I always have the problem with the Purolator. Despite of the precise address, the can’t find my location and even the don’t call me. For each package I always have to go to the facility to pick it up. They literally waste my time.

Worst service here. They don't buzz in or follow the delivery instructions. They just leave a missing delivery notice and go away. Literally worse of all services. When called the customer service they too don't respond properly as I am angry and raising a complete
