I'm having horrible experience with their accounting teams. They want to force changes with predetermined contract term, and knowing they are in the wrong, they even stop replying and hope their client don't sue them and end up paying more or change payment method. And I had partner who recently got their cross connect price double. I really don't recommend them anymore. UPDATE 2023-01-25 : They just removed all my network connection this morning to my compagnie to force me to agree to pay those extra charges not discussed (Which I had to under duress to get the service back up)
