This company does not refund your full amount even if you give them plenty of notice. They only want to give 50% due to COVID, claiming financial distress. Yet I know for a fact that they are quite busy since province has opened. Be very wary if you hire this company.

Tents had duct tape on and saying I did it, won't give the refund back, claiming I put holes on the bouncy castle.I cleaned it and still won't give the refund back.Will not be getting my business again, very untrustworthy company.A bad experience.

Hartway Rv park rented a monster bouncer, it was fabulous and we threw the best kids party bash ever. Lorie and her crew where so busy and helped us greatly. She was very accommodating with the pick up and drop off time and we had plenty of help loading and unloading this heavy castle it was in great shape, super clean, and we loved every minute of it. The price for it was reasonable, I thought, and I would highly recommend this company for future rentals for a party event, was a pleasure working with your company. Thank you for making my family and friends a great day. Thank you Lorie and crew
