Love this store, its furnishings, and the prices! Most of all, the service is great.We had an issue with our dining table constantly being stained from meals. Even wiping up a small mess within seconds had already done damage, and the wood was permanently stained again and again with each successive meal.I complained, and Structube took it back in exchange for another type of dining table three months after we bought the first one!It took about eight weeks for our new table to come in to stock yesterday, but we are now much happier with the new table's finish versus the other one.Thanks Structube!

The customer service is beyond horrible. The quality of product I purchased was really bad and the price was not inexpensive - worst part of all they refused to do anything about it. I purchased the SOFT sectional and it is hard and lumpy and is shedding feathers all over my house. They said it is not a manufacturing issue. Shocking response really. I have tried multiple times to escalate this concern to someone at structube that will care and I am redirected to the store every time. I am still just shocked by this entire experience and company. Would recommend never purchasing from them. I have shared my experience with friends and many have had awful things to say as well about their own experiences. How this company is still in business I beyond me.

I called to find out if there was something is stock, she said yes I could order it in for you. I asked if we could come into the store to pick it up? She then rudely and snotty replied, NO it's essentially what I just told you! I'm sorry, I am not employed with Stucktube and do not know if you have some items in store. I will definitely not return to the Waterloo store and will be looking for items elsewhere. UPDATE: Called the Kitchener store, the women who answered the phone was polite, helpful and explained the process. From other reviews Waterloo obviously needs some additional customer service training.

Went in looking for a bed frame, came out with a bed frame and a recliner! Great store, very helpful and friendly store, stock levels obvious and no high pressure sales tactics like some other local place.

I just need everyone to know that this Structube has such a wonderful team working there. Their level of care, follow up and customer service is so out of this world. Even amidst a pandemic with so many frustrated with late orders, not being able to see things, these ladies understand, empathize and go above and beyond to help. I was waiting for a few months for my horizon couch and checked in all the time, they were always quick to respond, they made me feel like a priority and overall I had an excellent experience.I hope this message reaches Head Office because you should all be recognized and rewarded for your dedication and hardwork. Working as a sales manager myself in a different industry, you're the dream team we all wish we had!Thanks again ladies, I love my couch!Ps if you're wondering about the company and quality, you really can't beat the price, wait the extra time to get it, I promise you it's worth it and definitely support this Waterloo store!

We were referred to the Waterloo store from the Kitchener store to view a chair that was out of stock in their store. We arrived 20 minutes before close and were not greeted at all by any of the three staff members that were behind the cash counter. In fact, they opted to turn off the music (did they think we'd run out thinking they were closing?).After sitting in over 20 chairs, and 4 within 5 feet of the employees, still no one asked if we needed assistance or made eye contact.10 minutes before closing, the lights went out, the store manager Tracey came up to us, likely to tell us they were closely shortly. I asked her why no one in 10 minutes had asked us if we needed help, and now on top of the music being turned off, they turned the lights off. She stated in the fattest tone that they didn't mean to be rude. I told her that I'll take the business elsewhere and she couldn't have cared less.With a manager leading by this example, there's no surprise that the two young employees felt they didn't need to provide any customer service to us either.We'll keep shopping at the Kitchener store amd enjoy the great customer care they provide there.

Furniture and pieces are good but as another posted mentioned below, the service not so much. I have been here more than half a dozen times and even though the store is mostly empty, nobody will even bother to make eye contact, let alone ask if we need help.I ordered a beautiful mirror and when it came time to pick it up, we asked the gentlemen at the docking station to help us load it into our car and he gave us attitude and said no.He basically just left this heavy mirror on the dock which my husband and I had to carefully drag into the corner while he just stood and watched. Would have been nice (and faster) to offer a helping hand instead of watching us struggle for ten minutes.You can get much better customer service at homesense located in the same plaza. The staff will gladly bring out your purchases and load them into your car.The mirror itself and other pieces I’ve gotten from there are beautiful and wonderful quality.

This place is worth a look if you're looking for some unique looking pieces of furniture. I had gone to just browse and the staff were friendly and courteous, checking in on us occasionally if we needed help with anything or had any questions, but did not hover and gave us space to look around without pressuring us at all.

went about 2 weeks ago and nobody even asked me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence or my bf. Then coming to closing time, I was looking around and the workers there took off the lights in the section I was in and didnt even tell me it was closing time. I just left. Workers were so rude. I'm never going back.

I had a CARME bed that only lasted 3 years before the support piece down the middle broke - now it's unusable. Customer service said it's out of warranty and they're not going to send me replacement parts so they can't/won't help me. Now I'm out a bed and they said on the phone I should expect to replace a bed every 3 years... what?? I'm really disappointed in both the quality of the product and the customer service.
